Is it true that you offer a free on-site visit?
Yes, in Sofia. Outside Sofia, the terms and travel costs depend on the distance — we agree them with you before we accept the order.
How long does a yard project take?
Usually within 2 weeks of the on-site visit and site survey.
What warranty do you give?
Some materials (e.g. valves) come with a 10-year warranty, others with a 5-year one, and the rest with a standard 2 years.
Do you follow environmentally friendly practices?
Yes. We use biological products and mostly electric, practically silent machines.
