How we work
From the on-site visit to the first automatic watering
On-site visit
We come, look at the yard and the water source and hear what you want to water. In Sofia the on-site visit is free.
Project
We take into account the terrain and slope, the soil type and grass mix, sun exposure and the available water. The design is usually ready within 2 weeks.
Installation
We lay the pipe network and fit the sprinklers, valves and controller, cleanly and within the agreed deadline.
Setup
We set up each zone individually to suit the plants and the conditions on site.
Year-round maintenance
Spring start-up, seasonal adjustments and winter preparation, on their own or as part of complete garden care.

Prices for the 2026 season
After installation every system needs regular care. The spring recommissioning includes an inspection of all zones and adjustment if needed.

What warranty do you give?
We work with materials of Italian and American origin. Valves: 10-year warranty; some materials: 5 years; the rest: a standard 2 years.
How long does the project take?
Usually within 2 weeks of the on-site visit and site survey.
Do you work outside Sofia?
Yes — all over Bulgaria. We have also completed two irrigation system projects in Greece.
One-off or subscription?
Both: a one-off service or maintenance under a subscription contract.
