4. Use of the website
4.1. Access to the Website is open and free of charge. Internet connection costs are borne by the user.
4.2. The User uses the Site in good faith and in accordance with the law. It is not permitted to disrupt the operation of the Site, to attempt unauthorised access to it, or to send malicious code, spam or content that breaches the law, the rights of others or public morals.
4.3. The information on the Website is provided for information purposes. We strive to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may be changed without notice.
4.4. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These websites are not managed by us and are subject to their own terms.
4.5. We may restrict access for any user who breaches these terms.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. The content of the Site (texts, photos, logos, design) is the property of the Trader or is used with permission. Its use without written consent is prohibited.
6. Liability
6.1. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons. The Trader is not liable for damage resulting from such an interruption.
6.2. The Trader is not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites linked from the Site.
6.3. The Trader is not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, fires, strikes, supply interruptions, actions of public authorities, etc.). In such a case, the deadlines are extended by the duration of the event, and we will notify you without undue delay.
6.4. The limitations of liability in these terms do not affect liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, nor consumers’ statutory rights.
7. Personal data
The Trader processes the personal data you provide when you send us an enquiry through the forms on the Site, write to us or call us, in order to reply to you and to meet its legal obligations. The details (what data, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have) are described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies – in the Cookie Policy.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. We will try to resolve any dispute through discussion. Write to us at info@greenheroes.bg.
8.2. As a consumer, you can file a complaint with the Commission for Consumer Protection or contact the General Conciliation Commission for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. A list of alternative dispute resolution bodies is published on the website of the Commission for Consumer Protection (КЗП). If you live in another EU country, you can also contact the European Consumer Centre Bulgaria.
8.3. If the dispute is not resolved in this way, it shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
8.4. These terms and contracts with the Trader are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU country, you retain the protection of that country's mandatory rules.
9. Changes and governing law
9.1. The Trader may change these terms. Changes are published on this page with a new effective date and apply from that date.
9.2. If any provision proves to be invalid, this does not affect the remaining provisions.
9.3. Matters not covered here are governed by the Obligations and Contracts Act (ЗЗД), the Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП), the Electronic Commerce Act (ЗЕТ), the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ЗАПСП) and other Bulgarian legislation.
9.4. These terms are effective from 22.10.2026.
10. Enquiries, on-site visits and quotes
10.1. Through the forms on the Site, by phone or by e-mail you can request an on-site visit, a quote or a consultation about our services (landscaping, irrigation systems, garden maintenance and the other services described on the Site). Sending an enquiry places you under no obligation and is not an order.
10.2. The Site does not sell online and does not accept payments. The prices on the Site are indicative, in euro and excluding VAT, and do not constitute an offer. The final price for a specific job is set in an individual quote, usually after an on-site visit, and depends on the area, the condition of the site, the materials and the distance to the site.
10.3. In the city of Sofia the on-site visit is free and places you under no obligation. Outside Sofia, the terms and travel costs depend on the distance and are agreed with you before you confirm the on-site visit or the order.
10.4. The contract for the specific work is concluded when you accept our quote. The scope, price, deadline, payment method and warranty are agreed in a written contract or in the quote you accept.
10.5. The warranty for the work performed and for the materials used is stated in the contract or in the quote. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
10.6. If you are a consumer and the contract is concluded off our business premises (for example during the on-site visit at your address) or at a distance (by phone or email), you also have the rights under the Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП) for such contracts, including the right of withdrawal where it applies.
